Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju SpołecznegoFERS Operational Programme 2021–2027
Definition
The Polish operational programme financing human capital development, education, the labour market, social cohesion and accessibility. Under FERS there are actions that in certain cases allow zero beneficiary own contribution — for projects implemented under public procurement.
Business application
A studio producing educational games for the Ministry of Education implemented a project under FERS action 1.4, in which 82.5% of funding came from the European Social Fund+ and 17.5% from the state budget — the beneficiary's own contribution was zero.
