/proces // full cycle: audit → grant → deployment → operations

We sell a process, not a standalone report.

4 stages. 3 control gates. 1224 months from first conversation to performance guarantee. Each stage has its own contract — you can stop at any gate.

/proces/dlaczego // selling a process vs selling a report

Why the full process, not just the report.

01

A report without deployment ends up in a drawer.

A diagnostic audit without an implementation path is a 120-page PDF the board reads once and shelves. Without a QDeployment contract, recommendations become stale in 69 months — processes, data, and the organisation change.

02

Deployment without an audit — scope creep and budget overruns.

QDeployment without Audyt AiP starts from client assumptions instead of data. On average 2 out of 5 processes recommended by the client are unsuitable for automation — this only surfaces during preparation, pushing the timeline back by 36 weeks.

03

Deployment without QCare — −32% of value in 365 days.

Data drift, integration changes, regulatory shifts. Three vectors act independently and cumulatively. Without an operational layer every deployment loses value at a rate of 812% per quarter. QCare halts that curve.

The full cycle is not upselling additional services — it is the logical consequence of the fact that AI value is not in the report, not in the deployment, not in the guarantee. The value is in combining all three, linked by a contractual mechanism where each stage feeds the next.

/proces/etapy // four stages, four contracts

Each stage has an input, an output, and a measurable success criterion.

  1. 01

    Stage 01: Audyt AiP

    1.5–3 months

Diagnostic process audit — what to automate, in what order, at what cost.

    INPUT
Access to processes, documents, data. Meetings with process owners.
    OUTPUT
Diagnostic report + deployment variant recommendation + indicative pricing.
    SUCCESS
Client has a yes/no decision backed by numbers — payback period, total cost of delivery, scope, risks.
  2. 02

    Stage 02: Funding (optional)

    6–18 months

Funding — acquisition of an EU or national grant to finance the deployment.

    INPUT
Audit report, organisational documentation, articles of association, financial audit.
    OUTPUT
Secured grant (FENG, PARP, FIO, NOWEFIO, regional programmes, Norwegian, Polish-Japanese) or decision to proceed with QDeployment using own financing.
    SUCCESS
Funds in the client account before QDeployment starts.
  3. 03

    Stage 03: QDeployment

    4–32 weeks

Implementation of processes recommended in the audit. Performance guarantee with contractual penalty.

    INPUT
Yes/no decision from the audit, financial resources, decision-maker on the client side.
    OUTPUT
Working system with guarantee, architectural decision documentation, knowledge transfer to the team.
    SUCCESS
Working system with guarantee, time reduction ≥63%, total cost of delivery ≥84%, zero critical incidents during post-deployment care.
  4. 04

    Stage 04: QCare

    open-ended, renegotiation every 12 months

Ongoing system maintenance with contractual penalty for guarantee breach. Quarterly ROI report.

    INPUT
Working system after go-live, operations manual, list of typical incidents.
    OUTPUT
Performance guarantee with 5% contractual penalty, quarterly ROI report, developer hours pool, dedicated engineer.
    SUCCESS
Zero guarantee breaches, ROI ≥ in 24 months, defect reduction ≥10% quarter-over-quarter.

/proces/bramy // three control gates

Three control gates — you can stop the process at each one.

Gate A after Audyt AiP

yes/no for deployment

DECIDES
client board + QA10 lead engineer
CRITERION
ROI ≤24 months + decision-maker assigned
Gate B after build phase in QDeployment

acceptance tests passed — proceed to go-live

DECIDES
client-side process owner
CRITERION
95% tests pass + zero critical incidents
Gate C after go-live + post-deployment care period

handover to QCare

DECIDES
QA10 operations team
CRITERION
0 critical incidents in 14 days + operations manual approved

Gates are not a formality — they are moments where you can stop the process without additional obligations. Each gate has a decision-maker on the client side, a measurable criterion, and a clear alternative. Stopping after Gate A means keeping the report and decision log. Stopping after Gate B means closing the QDeployment contract with an invoice for work completed. Gate C is the final moment — after it, automatic QCare guarantee with contractual penalty takes effect.

/proces/discounts // cross-stage discount matrix

Compounding discounts — a reward for completing the full cycle, not a one-off promotion.

Audyt AiP Variant QDeployment Discount QCare Discount (6 months)
Basic 0% 0%
Express 0% 0%

Compounding discounts reward full-cycle commitment — this is not a one-off promotion. The Platinum audit variant unlocks a 9% discount on QDeployment (any variant) and 5% off the first 6 months of QCare. All prices gross. The discount is non-negotiable — it is written into the reference price list and disappears from the invoice if the contract for the next stage is not signed within 90 days of the previous stage.

/proces/timeline/aggregate // full horizon

Two paths — with grant and without grant.

PATH A

Client with grant

  1. 01Audyt AiP2 months
  2. 02Funding — grant acquisition12 months
  3. 03QDeployment Performance8 months
  4. 04QCare — start
Total to performance guarantee 22 months
  • Audit = selling a decision. Diagnostic report and variant recommendation, not a declaration of intent to deploy. After Audyt AiP the client has full right to stop the process without penalty.
  • Grant independent from deployment. The Funding stage does not block QDeployment — a client with a rejected grant application can enter QDeployment with own financing or a standard investment loan in 812 weeks.
  • QCare activated during post-deployment care. The QCare contract is signed in the last week of post-deployment care — zero downtime between the deployment and operational phases.

/proces/faq // frequently asked questions

Five questions we hear most often.

Can I purchase QDeployment without the audit?

Technically yes, but you lose the 9% Platinum discount + the risk of scope creep increases. Without the audit we enter QDeployment based on client assumptions, which rarely withstand confrontation with data — on average 2 out of 5 processes recommended for automation require re-analysis during preparation, pushing the timeline back by 36 weeks. We recommend starting with the audit — especially the Platinum variant, which unlocks the QDeployment discount (9%) and QCare discount (5% for 6 months).

What if the grant doesn't come through?

Funding is optional. Audyt AiP sells a decision, not a grant — you can skip the Funding stage and enter QDeployment with own financing or a standard investment loan. The audit itself can be paid in instalments via the SmartFlow gateway (Pekao / Erste / Alior / PragmaGO / Inbank, decision by the financing partner — Appendix No. 3 to the AiP Agreement). Most clients without a grant launch QDeployment 812 weeks after the audit.

Is QCare mandatory after go-live?

No, but without QCare degradation is inevitable — 32% of value in 365 days. Data drift, integration changes, and regulatory shifts (KSeF, REACH, NIS-2) act independently and cumulatively. A client without QCare after one year has a system that costs more than it delivers. You can use any other support provider, but there is no contract with a penalty clause and no quarterly ROI reporting mechanism — we sell the mechanism, not trust.

How long does the full cycle take — from first conversation to performance guarantee?

Median 8 months without a grant, 22 months with a grant. This comprises the Audit (2 months), optional Funding (12 months average for PARP / FENG cycle), QDeployment (68 months for the Performance variant), and transition to QCare (2 weeks). Each stage can be paused — contracts are separate, not one large contract spanning 22 months.

What if I stop the process after the audit?

The report remains yours — intellectual property, data, decision log, variant recommendations, indicative pricing. Everything documented in a PDF file + decision repository. You can implement with a different partner, because the audit contains no vendor lock-in — recommendations are provider-agnostic (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premises). You only lose the Platinum discount on QDeployment and QCare, but that discount is optional — there is no penalty mechanism for withdrawal.

/FAQ // FULL CYCLE

Frequently asked questions about the full QA10 cycle

Do I have to go through all stages?

No. You can start with the audit alone and finish with the report. You can also enter directly into deployment if you have your own process diagnosis. The full cycle (Audit + Deployment + Operations) delivers the best financial outcome and activates discounts — but each stage is self-contained.

How much does the full cycle cost?

Minimum cycle (Basic AiP + Core QDeployment + Lite QCare): from approx. 175,000 zł. Typical for a 50–200 FTE company (Express AiP + Performance QDeployment + Standard QCare): 450,000–900,000 zł in the first year, with a 12–24 month payback. The Dig.IT Calculator lets you estimate ROI for your organisation.

How does the cross-stage discount work?

Three discounts activate upon signing successive contracts: Platinum AiP grants -9% on QDeployment and -5% on QCare (first 6 months). Express AiP grants -15% on the monitoring package in QCare. Condition: contracts signed within 6 months of the previous stage completion.

How long does the entire process take from decision to production?

Approximately: Basic AiP (3–4 weeks) + Core QDeployment (14–20 weeks) = 17–24 weeks. For Platinum AiP + Performance QDeployment: 24–40 weeks. Timelines include acceptance testing and pilot deployment.

Does QA10 work with companies outside Katowice?

Yes. Most work is conducted remotely. Onsite sessions (kick-off, workshops, demo) are held at the client premises — anywhere in Poland at no extra charge. We have clients in Warsaw, Krakow, the Tri-City area, and internationally.
