Published case studies cover four industries, but our engagements also include finance, fintech, e-commerce, professional services, and contract logistics. Some clients do not publish references due to project nature (confidential data, industry competitiveness) — we discuss those separately, under NDA, as a sales preview.

Most common questions about case studies
Why are all case studies anonymous?
Anonymization is our standard for all clients, not an exception for some. Even when a client consents to name publication, we publish an industry description, because narrative consistency is more important than marketing context of a single project. During a sales conversation under NDA we can provide more details about a specific project.
Can I get a reference from a client in a similar industry?
Yes, after signing an NDA and in the form of a phone call or written recommendation. We do not facilitate direct contact between clients without prior consent from both parties.
What if my industry is not represented here?
That does not mean we cannot work together. The four published case studies are a fraction of our engagements. The AiP Audit methodology is industry-agnostic because it relies on Activity-Based Costing and Process Mining, and these techniques work anywhere there are processes and data.
Are all case studies from Poland?
Yes, the four published engagements are from Polish companies. We also work with international clients, but case study detail pages are currently in Polish. EN translations are rolling out progressively.
Can I get a PDF of a specific case study?
Yes. On each case study page there is a CTA to book a call, before which you receive a PDF with the full numerical analysis of the specific project.
