Cookie Policy
Effective: 2026-05-26. qa10.io does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Analytics is anonymous — no user identification.
This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on qa10.io. It implements the information obligation under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 and Article 13 of the GDPR.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files saved by the browser on the user's end device (computer, phone, tablet) when visiting websites. They can be used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, analyze traffic or for marketing purposes.
This policy also covers other technologies of similar effect — in particular local storage and session storage of the browser.
2. Legal basis
The use of cookies is based on:
- Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law — for cookies strictly necessary for the service requested by the user (no consent required);
- Art. 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — for any other cookies, on the basis of the user's informed consent.
3. Cookies used on qa10.io
qa10.io is designed to keep cookie usage to an absolute minimum. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, marketing cookies or profiling cookies. There is also no browser fingerprinting.
Inventory of technologies in use:
| Name / mechanism | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cf_chl_*, cf_clearance (Cloudflare Turnstile) | Bot protection on forms — verifying that requests come from a human. | Technical cookie (strictly necessary) | Session, no longer than 30 minutes. |
| qa10-locale (local storage) | Remembers the selected language version (PL / EN). | Browser storage (strictly necessary) | Until the user clears browser data. |
| qa10-calc-snapshot (session storage) | Temporary state of the ROI calculator within a single session. | Browser storage (strictly necessary) | Browser session (until the tab is closed). |
The listed mechanisms are strictly technical — necessary for the proper functioning of the site and the delivery of the service explicitly requested by the user. Their use does not require consent under Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
4. Analytics — Plausible Analytics
For traffic analysis we use Plausible Analytics — an open-source, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not store cookies, does not create user identifiers and does not perform fingerprinting.
Only aggregate data is collected: page views, country of origin (country-level only), device type, referrer URL. Data is processed within the European Union (Estonia) and does not allow identification of an individual user within the meaning of Art. 4(1) GDPR.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can manage cookie settings in your browser at any time — block cookies, delete existing ones or receive notifications when cookies are stored. Detailed instructions are available in the help section of each browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave and others).
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the use of certain functions of the site, in particular contact forms and the calculator.
6. Withdrawing consent
If you have granted consent under the lead form or newsletter, you may withdraw it at any time — by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any message, or by sending a request to hello@qa10.io. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
7. Contact and related documents
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. For questions about cookies and privacy, please contact us at hello@qa10.io.
