What it means
Power Automate provides tools for cloud workflows and desktop automation. It can connect Microsoft services and external applications through connectors, or automate tasks through a user interface. Available features, connectors and execution options depend on licensing and configuration.
What it means for a business
An organisation can build a workflow that saves an incoming invoice, extracts information and routes it for review. The process still needs appropriate permissions, validation, exception handling and a check of the required connector licences.
