Leads C-level conversations with Enterprise clients and sets QA10's strategic direction. Software engineering background — process mining, BPMN, custom dev architecture.
Adrianna Kmieciak COO · LSO:ATOM Creator · EU Funding Lead Creator of QA10's EU Funding methodology. Holds two roles — VP of the Management Board and head of the analytics practice. Responsible for grant acquisition from EU funds, NCBR, and regional programmes. Creator of the LSO:ATOM operating system.
Antoni Dramiński Head of Data · Senior Data Engineer Data Scientist. Leads the data analytics practice: Process Mining on client system logs, predictive models, ERP/CRM/WMS integrations. Supported by a team of specialists whose names remain confidential at client request. 10+ years with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow.
Mateusz Sikora Senior Analyst · Six Sigma Certified Six Sigma certified Data Analyst. Responsible for deep process analyses, MUDA classification, and Activity-Based Costing in audits. Works with Adrianna Kmieciak on Growth and Enterprise client projects. Client advocate before Dev/Data — translates business requirements into technical specification.
Kateryna Shepel Junior Compliance Specialist GDPR / RODO practitioner — supports QA10 projects on compliance with Polish and European personal data protection law, data processing agreements and compliance documentation. Currently preparing for NIS-2 readiness audits in client projects under management supervision.
Maksymilian Maćkowiak Architekt Transformacji Cyfrowej Digital Transformation Architect with experience in designing and implementing strategic digitisation programmes for SME clients. Responsible for client process architecture — from digital maturity assessment through transformation roadmaps to deployment oversight. Bridges business and technical perspectives to build cohesive, data-driven work environments.
