We deploy company AI and build applications informed by a process audit. An understanding of how your team works becomes technology you can put to use and develop further.
You can start with an audit and a custom application, without deploying AI first.
If you need company AI, we start with Foundation. If you want an application to improve a process, we start with an audit in the Software stage. Further development follows your business needs.
We select a model, fine-tune it on agreed company data and connect it to Hermes. Roles, communication channels, tools and access to knowledge follow your company's structure.
The Foundation keeps evolving with new data, roles and processes.
We design applications around the processes we learn about in the audit. We can draw on experience from working with Hermes or begin by understanding your business before any AI deployment.
A custom application following an audit belongs to Q-Journey, including when it does not need AI.
We extend your software and add processes. If you use AI, we adapt it to new needs. When it requires more computing power or a different model, we return to the Foundation and review the configuration.
We agree the scope and schedule of further work individually.
Two routes into stage 02
We use the knowledge gathered through working with Hermes and a post-deployment audit. We build business operations software with AI embedded in specific processes.
We first understand how you work, your dependencies and your team's needs. Then we design the application. AI depends on the project's needs; it is not a prerequisite.
AiP audit within Q-Journey
AiP is part of Q-Journey. We choose the audit variant and scope in conversation, and agree its deliverables before work begins.
Hermes within your organisation
Hermes Agent is an open-source project developed by Nous Research. QA10 selects and fine-tunes the model, then configures the deployment for your company's structure.
We configure employee, operations and administration profiles, with access to the documents and tools each role needs.
We agree which actions need human approval. Permissions and action logs let you control access and review what the system has done.
We choose communication channels, skills and integrations that fit the way your teams work together.
The project includes agreed transparency, human oversight and logging controls. Deployment itself is not a certificate of AI Act compliance.
Infrastructure and fine-tuning
We select the deployment environment after reviewing requirements and testing. We prefer local infrastructure and also support a cloud instance on your account.
We assess your existing infrastructure and configure the agreed solution on it.
We help select hardware, including through our collaboration with morele.biznes. We consider NVIDIA and Apple options according to the project.
We advise on and configure an instance on your account. You remain responsible for maintaining the instance.
After the entire project has been paid for, under the terms of the agreement. We account for the licences of any components used.
We agree the scope, price and schedule individually before work begins.
No. You can enter the second stage of Q-Journey through a dedicated audit and a custom application. We include AI when the project's needs justify it.
Q-Dev covers websites, mobile applications, agents and data in four specific service lines. Q-Journey connects an understanding of your business with company AI and software development. A custom application resulting from an audit belongs to the second stage of Q-Journey, including without AI.
In Q-Journey, rights to the code transfer to the client after the entire project has been paid for. The contract specifies what is transferred, taking the licences of any components used into account.
We agree the schedule and price individually after understanding your company and the scope of work. The team reviews each quotation before sending it. The form does not generate an automatic offer.
Our instance is used for fine-tuning models. The client's solution runs on their hardware or a cloud instance on their account. We help select and configure it; the client maintains the cloud instance.
