/contact // directly with the CEO · response within 24h
Send a message. The CEO reads it. Not an SDR.
All inquiries go directly to Mateusz Jakimów (CEO). First response within 24 business hours. If the topic requires a specialist consult — we loop them in on the first reply.
We don't sell on the first call. If we see we're not the right fit for you, we'll recommend someone who is.

/contact/faq // what to expect from the call
What to know before reaching out.
The first call is 30 minutes — usually enough to assess fit and propose a direction. We don't sell anything on that call. If we see we're not the right match, we'll say so directly.
Who answers inquiries?
All inquiries go directly to CEO Mateusz Jakimów (not to an SDR/AE mailbox). First response within 24 business hours. If your inquiry needs a specialist consult (Compliance / Funding / Data), we loop them in on the first reply.
How long does the call take?
30 minutes by default. If the conversation is productive and we both have time, we extend to 45–60 minutes — but that is not the norm. 30 minutes is enough in most cases to understand your situation and agree on the next step.
Is the call paid?
No. The first call is always free, regardless of the engagement scope we discuss. We propose a concrete variant with pricing only after that call.
Do I need to prepare?
Helpful but not required. If you already have a rough sense of the challenge’s scale (numbers, processes, indicative budget), the call moves faster. If not — also fine, we start with questions and surface the context together.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, we recommend it — especially when the decision is shared. Having your COO, CFO, or CTO alongside the CEO shortens the decision cycle and lets us go deeper from minute one. Just tell us how many will join so we can plan accordingly.
What if we don’t qualify for an audit?
We’ll tell you. No hook. In the qualification call (30 min) we ask about company size, industry, and operational pain. If our method doesn’t fit (e.g. <20 people, no ABC-relevant processes) — we recommend an alternative. Most common: for micro-companies we suggest iPaaS DIY (Make/n8n) without an audit.
What format is the meeting?
Video call by default (Google Meet / MS Teams / Zoom — your choice). On-site meetings at our Katowice HQ (ul. Mariacka 37) are available on request for strategic and technical discussions.
What happens after we decide to work together?
After the first call we send a written proposal within 2–3 business days with variant options, pricing, and timeline. The proposal is valid for 30 days; nothing binds you until you sign the contract.
Do you sign an NDA before the call?
Mutual NDA available for the first call. Standard QA10 template. If you prefer your own — send it over, we sign within 24h provided it contains no asymmetric clauses (e.g. NDA extending to your partners without reciprocity).
