AiP Audit work in Polish companies.
Four projects, four industries, one start: the same process intelligence audit, then a measured return in year one. Below is a summary of each engagement without client names, with the numbers and the stack it ran on.
Every client whose study we publish received a post-go-live report and approved publication without proper names. On a sales call we can add context or a reference from that project.

Other industries // work under NDA
Missing your industry does not mean we skip it.
The published studies cover four industries. The rest of the work includes finance, fintech, e-commerce, professional services and contract logistics. Some clients do not publish references because of the data or the market. Those we discuss separately, under NDA, as a sales preview.
FAQ // case studies
Common questions about the case studies
Why are all case studies anonymous?
Anonymity is the default for every client, not a special case. Even when a client agrees to a name, we publish an industry description so the story stays consistent. On a sales call after NDA we can add detail on a specific project.
Can I get a reference from a client in a similar industry?
Yes, after NDA, as a call or a written recommendation. We do not put two clients in contact without both sides agreeing first.
What if my industry is not on this page?
That does not mean we do not work there. The four published studies are a slice of the work. The AiP method is industry-agnostic: activity-based costing and process mining wherever there are processes and data.
Are all case studies from Poland?
The four published studies are Polish companies. We also work with foreign clients. Those write-ups are not on this page.
Can I get a PDF of a specific case study?
Yes. Each case page has a booking CTA. Before the meeting you get a PDF with the numbers for that project.
Call // fit check
Talk about your company.
If a published study looks like yours — or nothing like it — call. The first 30 minutes is a fit check, not a pitch.
