What it does
You ask about a quota or the safeguard trigger. The engine returns a row from the TRQ table and a citation from the act. If both are missing, it says NIE WIEM. Polish excise and SENT stay out of the answer.

What it is not
No login. No API for sale. No PDF export. No alerts on the Official Journal. The July 2026 corpus is older than live TARIC. Eight of thirty-one document rows are CARS 21 (skipped) or CELEX duplicates.
