European Funds for a Modern Economy, 2021–2027
What it means
FENG is Poland’s European Funds for a Modern Economy programme for the 2021–2027 funding period. It supports areas including research and development, innovation, digitalisation and green transformation. It follows the earlier Smart Growth programme, POIR.
What it means for a business
A business can review relevant FENG calls when planning research, new technology or changes to production. Eligibility, aid intensity and eligible costs vary between measures and calls; they need to be checked before a financing plan is agreed.
