AiP is the process audit component of Q-Journey. Its Express and Platinum variants help examine how a business works and identify areas for improvement. Platinum also includes Lean and Muda consulting. The audit scope and deliverables are agreed for the individual project.

A business can use AiP within Q-Journey to examine a process before deciding what to change. Application development following the audit belongs to Q-Journey’s second stage, whether or not the application uses AI. Scope, price and timing are agreed individually.
