Tender monitoring 2026: 8 platforms compared — from BZP to AI tools
The Polish public-procurement market in 2026 is more than PLN 250 billion a year in notices, split across BZP, TED, BIP sites of 2,500+ buyers, the Competitiveness Database, and below-threshold requests that never leave the buyer’s own page. No one person can watch all of that by hand. Hence the platforms: from the free government portal to tools with scoring and CRM.
This article compares 8 monitoring products available in 2026: data sources, alerts, filters, AI, integrations, price. At the end: which one fits which bid volume.
YU-NA numbers below are taken from yu-na.io (August 2026): 4,254 active tenders, 1,403,436 tenders in the database, 784,685 price records, hourly BZP + TED + BIP. Competitor prices are as published on their sites in August 2026.
Why monitor tenders at all?
Manual BZP/TED is 2–4 hours a day
A procurement specialist who opens Biuletyn Zamówień Publicznych, TED, local BIP and the Competitiveness Database by hand spends 2 to 4 hours a day. e-Zamówienia alone publishes 800–1,200 new notices a day. Add CPV filters, participation conditions, estimated value and deadlines — that is a full-time morning job.
Three risks of doing it by hand:
- Missed deadline — a Friday notice with 7 days to bid. If you look on Monday you have four working days left.
- Missed fit — you search “IT system” and skip “supply and implementation of a digital platform”.
- No priority — without buyer history you do not know which notices are worth a bid.
Firms bidding 5+ times a month need automation
Market figures show firms that bid more than 5 times a month with no monitoring tool have a 30–40% lower win rate than competitors who watch automatically. They react later, bid less often, and make worse bid/no-bid calls.
The question is not whether to automate. It is which tool.
What to look at when you pick a platform
Data sources
Minimum: BZP (notices above PLN 130,000 net). A complete tool should also index:
- BZP — national notices above thresholds
- TED — EU notices above EU thresholds
- BIP — buyer bulletins (single-source, plans, RFQs)
- Competitiveness Database — EU-funded buyers
- Below-threshold — RFQs under PLN 130,000 on buyer sites and trade portals
Alerts
A platform without alerts is another page to refresh.
- Real-time email on a new match?
- Push?
- Webhooks (Slack, Teams, CRM)?
- Scan frequency — hourly, every 15 minutes, “real time”?
Filters
You do not want every tender. You want yours.
- CPV down to 8 digits
- Location (voivodeship, county, named buyers)
- Budget
- Keywords with AND/OR/NOT
- Exclusions
AI scoring
Looks at historical awards, buyer habits, typical competition, and how the spec matches your references. Output is usually a percentage or stars for bid/no-bid.
CRM
At 10+ bids a month, creating opportunities by hand is the bottleneck.
Price
From PLN 0 (e-Zamówienia) to several thousand a month. The real question: does one extra won contract a year pay for the tool?
8 platforms — comparison table
Public vendor pages, August 2026. YU-NA row uses live yu-na.io.
| Platform | Sources | AI scoring | Alerts | Integrations | Price / month (net) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| YU-NA | BZP, TED, BIP | Yes (estimate + bid PDF) | Email (plan-dependent) | API / webhooks on Business | Free / 129 / 399 / 1,299 |
| Przetargi360 | BZP, TED, BK | No | None | from 199 PLN | |
| OpenNexus | BZP, TED, BK | Partial (ranking) | Email, push | None | from 299 PLN |
| e-Zamówienia | BZP only | No | Email (basic) | None | 0 PLN |
| Findtenders | BZP, TED | Partial (tags) | CSV export | from 349 PLN | |
| TenderMonitor | BZP, TED, BK | No | Email, push | None | from 249 PLN |
| ProPublico | BZP, TED, selected BIP | No | Selected ERP | from 399 PLN | |
| Wyszukiwarka-przetargow.pl | BZP, TED | No | None | from 149 PLN |
What jumps out:
- Most tools sit on BZP and TED only — they skip BIP, the Competitiveness Database and below-threshold work (about 25–30% of market value).
- Scoring is rare.
- CRM is still a niche.
- Price span is huge — 0 PLN to enterprise quotes.
e-Zamówienia — what you get for free
ezamowienia.gov.pl is the official UZP portal. Free. Starting point for every bidder.
Strengths: 100% of BZP (it generates BZP). No fee. “Moje sprawy” for procedures you already bid. Official SWZ, Q&A, opening protocols.
Weaknesses: no scoring; weak filters (4-digit CPV, voivodeship, procedure type); no alerts for new matching notices; 2010-era UX; BZP only — no TED, BIP, Competitiveness Database, below-threshold.
When it is enough: 1–3 bids a month, one trade, one region. For growth it is a start, not a destination.
YU-NA — hourly scan, 1.4M tenders in the database
YU-NA (BudOS is the engine) is live at yu-na.io. As of August 2026 the product site states:
- Hourly scan of BZP, TED and BIP
- 4,254 active tenders
- 1,403,436 tenders in the database
- 784,685 material prices used in the cost engine
- AI reads SWZ in about 30 seconds; a bid PDF in about 5 minutes
Live prices (yu-na.io/pricing, net + 23% VAT)
| Plan | Price / month | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 PLN | 1 user, 3 tenders/month, 1 email alert, price-DB preview |
| Starter | 129 PLN | Unlimited monitoring, 5 email alerts, full price DB, AI analysis 20/month, AI estimate 10/month |
| Pro | 399 PLN | 2 users, unlimited AI analysis/estimate, 30 bid PDFs, pipeline |
| Business | 1,299 PLN | Unlimited users, branded PDF, API + webhooks, export |
| Enterprise | quoted | On-prem, SSO/SAML, 99.9% SLA |
Free plan has no card. That is a different entry than a 14-day trial that asks for a credit card.
Scoring and estimates are only as good as the history in that CPV. Thin niches will be noisier than busy construction lots.
Przetargi360 — strongest content marketing in the trade
If you have googled Polish public procurement, you have probably hit their blog. The monitoring tool itself:
- BZP, TED, Competitiveness Database. No BIP, no below-threshold.
- CPV and location filters, no advanced boolean on keywords
- Email alerts, no push, no webhooks
- Large educational blog
- No scoring, no CRM
Fit: small firms that want a readable UI and PLN 199/month. Limit: at 10+ bids a month the missing score and CRM start to hurt.
The rest of the field, in short
OpenNexus — BZP, TED, Competitiveness Database; partial ranking rather than full scoring; email and push; from 299 PLN. A middle option if you want push alerts without a cost engine.
Findtenders — BZP and TED, tag-style AI, CSV export, from 349 PLN. Useful if you live in spreadsheets.
TenderMonitor — BZP, TED, BK; email and push; no scoring; from 249 PLN. Same job as Przetargi360 with a different UI.
ProPublico — BZP, TED, selected BIP; some ERP connectors; from 399 PLN. Worth a look if your ERP vendor already talks to them.
Wyszukiwarka-przetargow.pl — cheapest commercial row in the table (from 149 PLN). BZP + TED, email only. Fine as a supplement to e-Zamówienia, not as the whole process.
None of these five, on their public pages in August 2026, advertised hourly BIP plus a material-price cost engine. That is the YU-NA gap, not a claim that the others are “bad products”.

A simple ROI sketch
- Average contract you chase: PLN 500,000
- Margin 15% = 75,000
- Win probability 20%
- Expected value of one extra bid: PLN 15,000
If a 399 PLN/month plan (about 4,800 PLN/year) lets you submit one extra bid a month you would otherwise miss, it pays from month one. A decent monitor typically lifts identified chances by 20–40%.
Cheap plans (under 200 PLN) often hide: alert caps, once-a-day scans, no award history.
Who should pick what
5–10 bids/month: Przetargi360 or TenderMonitor. Coverage and email alerts matter more than scoring. 199–299 PLN.
10–30 bids/month: YU-NA Pro or OpenNexus Pro. You cannot write 30 bids well. Scoring and a pipeline start to matter.
30+ bids/month: YU-NA Business / Enterprise. API, webhooks, branded PDF, unlimited users.
Just starting (1–3 bids/month): e-Zamówienia plus a 149 PLN searcher. Move up after five bids a month.
FAQ
Is e-Zamówienia enough?
Not above 3–5 bids a month. BZP only, no scoring, no real new-notice alerts.
Scoring vs filters?
Filters match categories. Scoring estimates a win chance from history.
How fast is the alert?
Free government portal: no proactive new-notice mail. Cheap tools: 12–24 hours. YU-NA: hourly BZP/TED/BIP.
Trials?
Most vendors offer 7–14 days. YU-NA also has a free plan with no card. Compare completeness against BZP you already know.
CRM?
At 5 bids, Excel. At 15+, CRM. Twenty items in a pipeline is 3–5 admin hours a week without it.
Summary
- e-Zamówienia is not enough for a regular bidder — no TED/BIP/BK, no scoring, weak alerts.
- Scoring changes bid/no-bid once you cannot write every notice.
- Source coverage beats a low price — BZP-only skips a quarter of the market.
- CRM becomes necessary above ~15 bids a month.
- ROI turns positive on one extra won contract a year.
If you bid 10+ times a month and want hourly BZP/TED/BIP plus a cost engine on 784,685 prices — look at YU-NA on yu-na.io.
