Terms of Service for Electronic Services

Effective from: 10 April 2026
These Terms of Service set out the rules for providing services by electronic means via the qa10.io website, in compliance with the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
Note: This is a courtesy translation of the Polish original. In case of discrepancy, the Polish version shall prevail. Governing law: Polish law.

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for providing services by electronic means via the qa10.io website, in accordance with Article 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513).
  2. The Service Provider is: QA10 sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice (40-014), ul. Mariacka 37, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001232199, NIP: 9542906279, REGON: 544435060 (hereinafter: "QA10" or "Service Provider").

  4. A Service Recipient is any natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, using the services provided via the qa10.io website (hereinafter: "User").

§ 2. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

  1. Via the qa10.io website, the Service Provider provides the following free-of-charge electronic services:
    1. making available informational content about QA10's activities, offered technology solutions (Process Mining, RPA, process automation, IT systems integration) and the team,
    2. making available a contact form enabling the User to send an enquiry to the Service Provider,
    3. making available a content search on the website.
  2. Paid services (technology implementations, systems integration, process automation, process intelligence audits) are provided under separate agreements concluded individually with the client. These Terms of Service do not govern such services.

§ 3. Conditions for Providing Services

  1. The use of services requires:
    1. a device with access to the Internet,
    2. a web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge),
    3. an active email address (for using the contact form).
  2. The Service Provider informs that the use of services provided by electronic means involves typical risks characteristic of Internet communication, in particular the possibility of unauthorised access to data. The Service Provider applies security measures described in the Privacy Policy (Article 6(1) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).
  3. The Service Provider informs that the qa10.io website uses cookies and external JavaScript libraries (Cloudflare CDN, Google Fonts). Details in the Cookie Policy (Article 6(2) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

§ 4. Prohibition of Unlawful Content

  1. The User undertakes not to transmit via the contact form any unlawful content, in particular content violating the personal rights of third parties, offensive, vulgar, spam or containing malicious software (Article 8(3)(2)(b) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

§ 5. Terms for Concluding and Terminating Contracts

  1. A contract for the provision of services by electronic means (access to informational content) is concluded when the User enters the qa10.io website.
  2. A contract for the provision of the contact form service is concluded when the User fills in and submits the form, and it is terminated upon receipt of a response from the Service Provider or upon the expiry of 30 days from the form submission — whichever occurs first.
  3. The User may terminate the use of services provided by electronic means at any time by leaving the qa10.io website (Article 7(2) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

§ 6. Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the qa10.io website or electronic services can be submitted to: kontakt@qa10.io.
  2. A complaint should contain: the User's contact details, a description of the problem, and the expected resolution.
  3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and will inform the User of the outcome by electronic means.

§ 7. Intellectual Property

  1. The content published on the qa10.io website (texts, graphics, logos, source code, site layout) is the property of QA10 sp. z o.o. or is used under appropriate licences and is protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.
  2. Copying, distributing or using content from the qa10.io website for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

§ 8. Liability

  1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the qa10.io website operates continuously and correctly, however it does not guarantee its continuous availability.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the website arising from technical reasons (maintenance, failure, force majeure).
  3. Informational content published on the qa10.io website is of a general nature and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

§ 9. Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of Users' personal data is QA10 sp. z o.o. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including the rights of Users under the GDPR, is contained in the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the following apply: the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Polish Act of 23 April 1964 — Civil Code, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Article 11 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon publication on the qa10.io website.
  3. These Terms of Service are made available to Users free of charge in a form enabling the acquisition, reproduction and retention of the content by means of a telecommunications system used by the User (Article 8(1)(2) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).
  4. These Terms of Service are effective from 10 April 2026.
